Creating a protein rich protein shake is quick and easy. All you need is a good blender and a few recipes.
Use a good quality blender to make your shakes. In today's market, there are two types of blenders that are commonly available. The first type is the cheaper option, and cost between $50 to $100. Take a close look at the blade. It's a rather thin blade. On top of that, the motor is weak as well.
The higher end models cost $100 and above. The blade is two to three times thicker than the cheaper models. The engine is much stronger, which means that you can mix the ingredients more, without worrying about overheating.
Here are some recipes that you can use.

Vanilla protein shake.
1 glass of soy milk.

Oreo shake recipe. (very sinful!)
2 oreo cookies or 4 mini oreo cookies.
1 glass of milk.
1 frozen banana.
2 scoops of protein powder (vanilla or chocolate)

To break up the ice cubes, use the Pulse or Ice function on your blender. The Pulse function will help to break the ice into smaller pieces and give a shake of the softer compound.
