A delicious twist on the traditional baked ham, baked with stuffing on the ham.
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1 / 2 cup celery, finely chopped
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

3 / 4 cup milk

1 / 2 teaspoon dried thyme

6 cups soft bread cubes, 1/4-inch thick

Directions
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
In a large skillet saute the onion, celery and parsley in butter until they are soft.
In a large bowl, replace the egg, milk, sage, thyme and salt. Add cut the bread into cubes and vegetable mixture, even throw.

1 / 4 cup butter, cubed
1 / 4 cup all purpose flour
2 cups half and half cream
1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped or 1 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed
1 clove garlic,Minced
1 teaspoon salt
1 / 4 teaspoon pepper
3 pounds potatoes, peeled and cut into 1/8-inch slices
2 / 3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Grease 13x9x2-inch baking one form.
In a large saucepan melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the flour; everything until smooth. Gradually into the cream. Bring to a boil, stirring for 2 minutes or until the sauce has thickened. Remove from heat.
Add the rosemary, garlic,Salt, pepper and potatoes, mix well.
Transfer all of the prepared baking pan. Sprinkle on the Parmesan cheese. Cover and bake 45 minutes. Cover and bake for another 10 to 15 minutes or until potatoes are soft.
Is 8 to 10 servings.

4 pounds fresh asparagus, trimmed
1 / 4 cup olive oil
1 / 2 teaspoon salt
1 / 4 teaspoon pepper
1 / 4 cup sesame seedsSeeds, toasted
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
15x10x1-inch two-layer molds with foil.
Arrange asparagus in a single layer in baking tins. Drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle seasoning salt and pepper.
Bake, uncovered, for 12 to 15 minutes or until crisp and tender asparagus. Turn once during baking. Remove from the oven. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
